Advertising

York Property Management Group would advertise your property in the following Publications Weekly:

• Craig’s List
• Our Website (which receives over 800 hits daily)
• Billboards (which direct them to call our office or to visit our website)

Credit Checks

Every applicant will get their credit checked through the York Credit Bureau to determine any outstanding bills and credit worthiness.

Background Checks

Every applicant will be subject to a criminal background check to determine any past criminal activity.

Current Residences

York Property Management Group will check with current and prior landlords to determine if they paid rent on time and took care of their residence.

Current Employment

York Property Management Group will check with their current and prior employment to determine their job history. We require at least 6 months at their current job.

Paperwork

York Property Management Company will do all paperwork, including the leases necessary for the tenant to rent the property.

Placement Fee

1st month rent or $500, whichever is greater.

At this time you can either manage the property yourself or have us manage it for you. We stand behind our services and you can cancel your contract “ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON” during the course of the year.
